Tuning, Repair and Warranty

Our skilled artisans can retune, replace and refinish your Marimba One bars, or bars of any other brand of marimba or xylophone.

You can schedule a retuning or repair by phone or email or by using our online order form! Marimba One Warranty

We have an outstanding warranty program, and we will work with you until you are completely happy with the sound of your instrument.

* We offer one free retuning during the first two years after purchase!

* If you have any problems with any of your bars during the first year, we will replace them free of charge (excluding shipping). We'll ship your new bars immediately, and when you receive them, you can send us the originals in exchange. We'll work with you until you are completely happy with your keyboard!

* We guarantee the frame and resonators "bumper to bumper" for a full year.

Service

We manufacture in California, and handcraft each marimba - from raw wood coming into our workshop to a concert marimba going out to you. Since we build the marimbas here, we always have all parts in stock. If your marimba were to be damaged, we could very quickly replace, repair or rebuild any part of your instrument.

We love making marimbas and feel lucky to work with you to keep your marimba in its finest form!
